Introduction

With roots in farming and a deep, generational connection to pure, unadulterated produce from their home in Nepal, Bagan came to us with a rare kind of brief—one that was both grounded and poetic. They had a beautiful idea: to create an ultra-luxury tea brand crafted especially for women who give endlessly, yet seldom pause to care for themselves. It wasn’t just about tea. It was about ritual, restoration, and quiet recognition.

From the start, we knew this brand had to feel like a gift—elegant, intentional, and deeply personal. Every element had to communicate care without excess, luxury without loudness. The kind of brand that speaks in a whisper, yet lingers in your memory. We wanted the identity to feel like a gentle thank you—a way of saying you are valued, you are seen, with no need for further explanation.

Our process was immersive and intuitive. We explored delicate palettes, refined typography, and storytelling that felt intimate and sincere. The visual language borrowed from the serenity of nature and the quiet strength of the women it was created for. From the packaging design to the tone of voice, everything was crafted to feel like a moment of pause—calm, nourishing, and whole.

These elements ground the identity in nature while elevating it with a luxurious feel. The font, delicate yet confident, reflects femininity and calm sophistication, echoing the brand’s deep respect for women and wellness. Altogether, the logo feels like a soft gesture of appreciation—quiet, but lasting.
