Ayurtatvam was one of the very first brands we had the opportunity to build from the ground up, our full-service baby, so to speak. When the founder approached us in the early days, the vision was clear but ambitious: to create an Ayurvedic brand that looked premium, felt deeply trustworthy, and could confidently stand shoulder to shoulder with established names in a fast-growing, competitive market.

What made this project special was the level of trust and creative freedom we were given. We weren’t just tasked with making things look good, we were invited into the heart of the brand. From naming and positioning to visual identity, packaging, and digital presence, we touched every part of the journey. The goal was to strike a delicate balance: staying true to the roots of Ayurveda while making it feel modern, relevant, and aspirational to a new generation of wellness-conscious consumers.

Our approach was both strategic and soulful. We crafted a brand story that didn’t just talk about ingredients and benefits, but about philosophy, intention, and the quiet power of ritual. Every visual, word, and design choice was rooted in this ethos—timeless, elegant, and quietly confident. The result was a brand that didn’t shout, but still stood out—because it felt real.

Ayurtatvam taught us what’s possible when strategy and storytelling work hand in hand. It became more than a branding project—it became a blueprint for how we like to build: with depth, care, and a long-term vision.

The design stayed true to the brand's roots: minimal, clean, and natural. We chose a soft matte finish and calming tones to reflect its organic promise. The labels were crafted to be informative without overwhelming, letting the product and its purity do the talking. Every element was aligned with our marketing guidelines: clarity over clutter, honesty over hype.

Ecommerce

Ayurtatvam is a performance-focused personal care startup that launched with a range of products, but it was their Natural Wax Powder that truly took off. Designed for people who were done with razors, waxing, and harsh creams, it offered a natural, at-home solution for hair removal that didn’t damage the skin. It quickly resonated with a tired but eager audience..

We came on board at the idea stage and handled everything from packaging and positioning to listings and ads. At launch, the ACOS was over 1200% and sales were minimal. But early users loved the product, and momentum followed. Within a month, sales grew to 30–40 units a day. By Prime Day in July, they crossed 250 units daily.

In just nine months, we helped bring down ACOS to under 30% and scale the brand to ₹1 crore in revenue, all built around a single hero product that solved a real problem.
